Returns & Exchange
Wholesale merchandise is final sale, no returns or exchanges. We only accept returns for defective merchandise. It's the Buyer's obligation to inspect the shipment immediately upon arrival and contact us within 14 days of receipt for damaged or defective products. If the Buyer fails to notify the Bluum Maison within the Inspection Period, the Products shall be deemed accepted.
