How to Order

Online

The best place to order is by logging into your wholesale account on www.bluummaison.com/, so you can view stock availability.

If you don’t have a wholesale account with us yet, you can submit your wholesale application at www.bluummaison.com/pages/apply-for-wholesale. After your application is approved, we will create a wholesale account with the email you provided and you will be able to place your order. Please allow 24 to 48 business hours to be approved.

Email

You can send an email with your selection at care@bluummaison.com and we will send you an invoice for your items.

Order Minimum

A minimum order value of $150 CAD is required. Any changes or cancellations of orders must be emailed to care@bluummaison.com within 24 hours. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns + Exchanges

Wholesale merchandise are final sale. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise or under the buyback policy as noted below. Please contact us with any concerns about your order and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise at no additional cost to the buyer.

Buyback Policy

Buyback is only available for first-time buyers only. Unsold merchandise eligible for buyback must be in resalable condition, with undamaged packaging and original tags. Buyback requests must be submitted after 90 days from the date the product is delivered. The request period is between 90 to 120 days from the date the product was delivered. Shipping costs for returning the merchandise to the wholesaler will be the retailer’s responsibility. 

Upon successful inspection, the wholesaler will issue a credit to the retailer. Buyback eligibility is contingent on the condition and verification of the returned items. Store credits will be applied to future purchases.

Exclusions:

Repeat buyers, merchandise marked as final sale are not eligible for buyback.

Amendment and Termination:

The wholesaler reserves the right to amend or terminate this buyback policy with reasonable notice.
